Are you like sodas? If you do, is better to be careful,
especially for the people who always drinks it anytime in a day. According to a
new research, it’s claim that just drinks a bottle of soda everyday get to
cause risk of heart attack and strokes.
Therefore, we have to be careful if we want to drinks sodas diet in our best diet plan.
In the Journal of General Internal Medicine, Researchers from Miami University of USA has studied it, from more than 2,500 people that have the habit of drinks sodas and see a possibly risks of vascular disease, heart attack, and strokes for 10 years period. Researchers found people that drinks sodas for diet every day, has a possible with rate for 43% more risk to be got a problem in the vascular than they didn’t, These are based from some factors such diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
Therefore, sodas diet is not
really suggested because not give any result in our best diet plan that we’ve
got. But for the real, people who drinks 6 glasses of soda’s diet per weeks
and 1 glass per month has the same result as people who never drink it. The
researchers said even there some relation between soda’s diet consume to the
risk of heart attack or stroke, but this founding is not really show that
diet’s soda caused heart attack or stroke. Because according to them, there’s
no any research that show some relation between soft drinks consume and heart
attack, so it’s take some more research as told by the researchers leader
Hannah Gardner, PhD (School of Medicine), Miami University.
The researchers guesses that
heart attack that happened to people who drinks sodas is more like because the
risk of increasing weight which caused by the sodas itself, and trigger the
heart attack. The other assumption is soda drinkers may have some bad diet
pattern mostly. So, it’s better to be
careful in do dieting, make sure first our diet pattern is good and safe, and
if we drinks some sodas diet, do not too often or our best plan diet that we make before will be waste.
