than have breakfast with high-carbohydrate.

about 65%. People who have egg breakfast
got more energy than people who have carbohydrate breakfast. So it’s better to

you must to afraid to any meals that can increase your weight.
During the study, researchers (university of
Connecticut) compared two groups with different
American breakfast and give the result that people were eating breakfast with
high protein will not hungry for the day time.
Protein has many function in our body, one of
them is to be used as backup of energy when carbohydrates and
reserves of fat have been out as a result many activities done. Some of protein
in our body can influence enzymes too, it’s stimulate the production of enzymes
to organized muscle contraction and other cell activities. No wonder that if we
consume high-protein, we can stand longer of hunger than no consume it.

Although protein has many function in the
body, we should get a breakfast that contain the others such as minerals,
vitamins, carbohiydrates, fiber and not contain too much fat. And for

cholesterol in the egg yolks, so it’s better to eat the whites only.
