There’s one of many ways to keep our weight, that is consume the egg for breakfast. Consume egg is one of the best diet plan too. Because  it has much high-protein that can reduce our hunger and prevent us to overeating at lunch. With this, no need to worry if we’ll malnutrition while dieting.
According to the study  published in the journal Nutrition Research (researchers from U.S) found that men who have breakfast with egg will have less at lunch. This is because egg with high-protein at breakfast is better than have breakfast with high-carbohydrate.
That research supports the previous research, that is a breakfast with eggs get to reduce some calories intake  at lunch time and get to loss some weight about 65%. People  who have egg breakfast got more energy than people who have carbohydrate breakfast. So it’s better to try it for your best diet plan than you must to afraid to any meals that can increase  your weight.
During the study, researchers (university of Connecticut) compared two groups with  different American breakfast and give the result that people were eating breakfast with high protein will not hungry for the day time.
Protein has many function in our body, one of them is to be used  as  backup of energy when carbohydrates and reserves of fat have been out as a result many activities done. Some of protein in our body can influence enzymes too, it’s stimulate the production of enzymes to organized muscle contraction and other cell activities. No wonder that if we consume high-protein, we can stand longer of hunger than no consume it. Therefore we need to use optimally of protein function to work your best diet plan.
Although protein has many function in the body, we should get a breakfast that contain the others such as minerals, vitamins, carbohiydrates, fiber and not contain too much fat. And for additional info that even though egg has high protein but it also has high cholesterol in the egg yolks, so it’s better to eat the whites only.
